Well, the rules don't strictly say you have to lynch a player, so you can lynch a non player, if you want.

Demonstrates a lack of nervousness or concern for his victory/survival as mafia, therefore people think that makes him townie.

Since he's got a solid record of being townie every time he does this, it's not an indicator. You'll have to find some other indicator of him being a scumbag.

This on the other hand feels like pretense to be "townie". Act like you're trying to figure out who is townie, and you will be seen as a contributing and productive member of the team.

No special rules, no townie power roles. Reach out and lynch somebody. I prefer someone acting odd. Your definition of odd may vary.
