Help installing EB with RTW in steam

I need help installing EB, my RTW is installed by steam, i tried installing and it installed all correctly, except when i went to try it a message popped up saying it could not find steam, i need help right, i belive this is the 3th time i tried installing EB and it never worked, please help me.

EDIT: Also my RTW IS VERSION 1.5, so thats not the problem

Thank you for your help, danm, i tried installing this mod last year and i was like "Y U NO WORK GODDAMMIT!!!" I will finally be able to lead the Saba to glory and the Parthians to Middle East domination!

EDIT:
Didnt worked, i installed steam in /E drive
