Rtw.exe naval invasion?

hi EB rocks here i'm playing a romani campaign on vh/vh but since im using the rtw.exe wy is epeiros constantly shipping men to taras phyros himself was transported by sea to taras so WTH is going on? could it be a bug?

Why are you complaining? Finaly you have some challenge, eh? ;) Also, playing campaing on VH makes AI go after you ( the player ) like crazy.

sorry for the confusion it's just that everyone constantly says that the rtw naval invasion feature is bugged.

I'll assume Epeiros has still control over Taras? Then it is no naval invasion, just normal reinforcements.
A real naval invasion would be an attack on a coastal province.
