Crazy that WW1 was almost 100 years ago. I remember someone saying that this is the first Veterans/Armistice/Remembrance Day that a WW1 veteran isnt alive.

I assume you mean that it's sad that there are no veterans left and not that it's a bad thing that everyone didnt serve in conflict

Actually there aren't.There are still WWI veterans out there, but none who saw combat.
