    Default Armistice Day

Also Veterans Day, Remembrance Day, any others.

This is the 94th Anniversary marking the end of The Great War.

Crazy that WW1 was almost 100 years ago. I remember someone saying that this is the first Veterans/Armistice/Remembrance Day that a WW1 veteran isnt alive.

I assume you mean that it's sad that there are no veterans left and not that it's a bad thing that everyone didnt serve in conflict

    Actually there aren't.

But such things are inevitable. People die and memory becomes history.

I always think of my Grand Father, who despite being a FEMF was there on D-day.
