Maybe I messed something up with the save? Because I distinctly remember besieging Antwerp, and also the HRE is still sieging Metz and I think @Nigel already took it, correct?

@Nightbringer something got messed up in the save game chain, because it says turn 5 in game, yet my armies have not moved and Nigel hasn't taken Metz yet. So..

I must have gotten confused with my files and turn numbers.
Gone back over them and created a new savegame for Spain from the turn after which the HRE took Metz.
This should be the right one.
