Getai FM´s into an Akademia?

playing the first time with the Getai - my question is: when Attike is conquered, can i let my FM´s stay in Athenai and let them study there in the Akademia? ...i mean: will they enjoy the same (or similar) advantages like the Greeks when staying in cities with an Akademia? (useful retinues and traits development)

roleplayingwise my Getai confederacy will learn from the Greeks and are openminded for the greek knowledge and culture.

but dont know if this will work like that - just to plan my campaign.
