Why can't I upgrade this farm?

Im pretty sure that the level of the town also has to be upgraded.

It's a T1 farm. You upgrade it into a cattle farm or grain farm and it works everywhere and anywhere regardless of settlement level but not here.

Yea I figured. I just didn't know if there was only one tree of farms and you couldn't do both. Odd that it has the upgrade icon there.

I'ts a glitch with the UI. Select another settlement and come back there, it should be ok. The worst case scenario is that you have to wait until next turn. It happens when you upgrade too many things at once.

Yeah it fixed itself after reloading the campaign but not before that. I've seen things like this a lot, I mean portions of the UI only working upon reloading.
