Simple Bug: The in-game information card for the Confederacy government building does not list the requirement "75% Western Tribal States". I do not know whether this is simply missing information on the Confederacy card or if this means the requirement is actually not coded into the game (I'm new here)

Or maybe this is a coding thing where the culture requirement is coded with the influence cost, and is hidden elsewhere in game?
