Seems to me that outwar have been a victim of their own success at the moment. Given the whole thing is an excuse to advertise to people and execute loads of popups they really shoot themselves in the foot when the whole site goes down for 2 days. Nevermind I'm sure the'll be back soon and I can continue to cheat my way to victory
Turns out that Outwar is in the middle of a dispute with the folks that host the domain name. The site is still accessable if you type in an alternate domain name. I'll drop the link at the end.
I found out some interesting things about this game. I attacked BigKingSanctaphrax as a test and found that even though I have more items than he does, he still won. BigKingSanctaphrax has 86 thugs (10 of them are me) and I have 15. This appears to make an impact. From there, I raided a couple of other players and bought equipment that enhances defense. I attacked BigKing again and won. Interesting. In any event, here is the link
