Sorry , I don't wanna wipe out this but I have not any sources with this shape stile helmet. It seems like a hokey skore keeper helmet.
Thats an SCA (society for creative anachronism) style helmet, shaped roughly to resemble a persian conical style helmet.
The hockey facebars are to protect the face in SCA meele combats.
But its not very close to an historical helmet.
