Here you can propose which historical battles should appear in the mod.
Priority goes to the ones prepared for the MTW edition of the mod.

Maybe a spanish "historical campaign" kinda thing:
Pavia
Nordlingen
Rocroi
The 3 battles that pretty much defined the fate of the spanish empire.
Pavia signified the empire's rising.
Nordlingen, its last push
Rocroi, its decline.

Breitenfeld 1632 Sweden + Saxony vs The Imperial Army.
Warzaw 1656 Sweden vs Poland
Some Swedish battles in the 30-year war.
Breitenfeld 1631
Lützen 1632
Nordingen 1634
Wittstock 1636
Jankov 1645
There's several others but I think these are some of the most important.
And we need to balance Kirkholm with a Swedish victory battle , what about Gniezno?
We are all aware that the senses can be deceived, the eyes fooled. But how can we be sure our senses are not being deceived at any particular time, or even all the time? Might I just be a brain in a tank somewhere, tricked all my life into believing in the events of this world by some insane computer? And does my life gain or lose meaning based on my reaction to such solipsism?

I was planning Warsaw 1656, but need more info about swedish forces. I will make it playable from swedish point of view.Originally Posted by Lord Havelock Vetinari

There are some pictures in this thread showing the swedish order of battle. (I don't know which day they show, i guess your battle will cover the 2nd day)

I have it from polish sources.
I need:
1. which units of dragons were mounted and which dismounted,
2. which units were native Swedish/Finnish - from infantry,
3. which units can be considered as elite ones/vetrans,
4. where was finnish cavalry ( Hakkapeliita),
5. firstnames of these commanders,
6. were Radiwill dragoons Poles/Lithuanians or western mercenaries,
7. exact number of troopers in each unit - if possible - when I re-created Klushino I had almost excellent sources which resulted in extremely realistic polish order of battle ( 1 soldier in mod = 5 in reality - except cannon crew).
This would be enough.

I'll try to find out the facts you need. One question though; which commanders do you need to know the first names of?
Radziwill's dragoons were either poles/lithuanians who fought using western tactics or western mercenaries. So they should be represented by a western european kind of unit.
The exact number of troops in each unit is unfortunately unknown. Together the armies of brandenburg and sweden numbered about 18 000 men.
You can see which units were from finland on the picture in the tread I posted a link to. They were positioned out on the left flank. (Finowie Berendsa= fins under command of Berend and Dragonia Finowie= dragoons from finland)
One note: this version of the order of battle (see link) comes from brandenburg. According to the swedish version the swedish infantry were grouped together with the germans in the centre.
More info:
Swedish forces: about 9500 men.
7500 cavalry and dragoons organized in 37 or 38 squadrons.
2000 infantry from 6 brigades, merged into 3 because of their small size (from the regiments of Uppland, Södermanland, Hälsinge, Kalmar, Skaraborg and Västgöta-Dals)
20 artillery pieces.
Brandenburg's forces: about 8500 men.
5000 cavalry inkluding some 1200-1500 dragoons organized in 23 or 24 squadrons.
3500 infantry in 9 brigades (possibly merged into 5).
30 artillery pieces and 5 howitzers.
If you want to do the battle of Gorzno 1629 instead I can get much more info about that battle
PS How do you edit posts in this forum?

The more data the better
@Swordmaster
Don't worry about Rocroi - I will make the battle eventually, but the ones present in the MTW edition have the priority.
