Ok, starting with the obvious -

All pikemen unit should get phalanx formation, but of course they will have different stats, speed etc.

I generally think that earlier, more powerful pikemen units should be more expensive and move slowly to give a chance to shoot them from afar - which still should be quite difficult.

Reformed pikemen with less armour should be much faster, but their battlefield purpose is more 'protect musketeers', than 'win the battle on your own'.

    Next - Warcry -

I think it could re-create those units which were able to charge in a very dangerous/ or just dangerous way, but only ONCE i.e. because of lack of discipline, local customs/tactics etc.

Anyway I would like to give this ability to units like:

Irish regional units - Kern, Gallowglass etc.

Russian feudal cavalry (they have it in their descriptions for PMTW1 !),

    Ottoman horde-like infantry (irregulars),

and other units, we will see.

    Finally for now

    Screeching

I think it can be useful for those forces which screamed ( ) particulary infamous battlecries - for example:

Hakkapelitta and all Tatar cavalry types.

It works as it is supposed to be - lower enemy morale and I think it is just fine.

OK, forget the screeching for now, I will find a better use for the ability, I believe.

    Now more.

    Stamina

It is a good way to recreate elite status of some units and armies.

    So:

Good stamina will be used for all cavalry, except some poor quality units.

    Infantry with good stamina:

Spanish native units, Swedish reformed infantry, Yenicheri, some elite units of other nations - a complete list later.

    Very good stamina

    - for some especially good cavalry units and Tatar horsemen,

    - for few extraordinary infantry units.

By stamina do you mean multiple hit-points? If so, I believe they are kinda unnecessary specially if we are aiming at realism.... maybe only the VERY heavily armoured units should get 2 hitpoints and maybe the generals too...

The rest should probably be reflected in defence skill and armour... I havent tweaked with the files though so Im not talking from experience.

No, stamina means how soon the soldiers are tired. 2 hit points will be reserved for very few units in the mod.

What do you mean by Cavalier and England.
Shouldn't it be Parliment/Parlimentarians and Royalists?
