Virus in the Patch

When I tried to download HTW patch, this message from AVG pop on me:

Virus detected! While opening file: C:\Windows\Temporary internet files\content.IE5\01SHMRSX\HTW%20TOTAL%20PATCH(1).EXE

Trojan horse Downloader.Agent.12.BF

And the file cannot be copied into my computer.

Just DL it to check I use Norton Internet Security 2005 and Spybot no problems here.Check your AV or Firewall settings.
