i wa re-doing a prolouge and i had won the game but it still only let me play as the julii family why would they make it like that?

because it isn't meant to be played as the other factions, it's merely to give you a feel of the game .
Nothing more.

Why would you even want to play the prologue as an other faction ?
If you want to play them badly do an Imperial Campaign or just a custom battle..

no it just gets kinda boring playing Julii during the prolouge all the time
