Can we change hires and generals name? Skilful editor please read

In a SP game, is there anyway that we can change the hires and the generals name at all?
I have been try changing name In the ShogunTotalwar/loc/eng/Add-on, battle, changes, and events. I have replaced the name Takahisa (Shimazu Daimyo) with Ratta. It seems to be working to one level because the in-game name is usually Shimazu Takahisa, has been changed to Shimazu Takahisa_XYZ!!) So there must be more Takahisa name that I have not change.
Anyone know How I could chenge the name or what I have missed out?

I think I can help you
First of all download my gempei war mod here: http://www.totalwar.org/maps/xtools/gempeiwar.zip

Most names can be changed from event.txt in loc folder. You will see there are 2 lines with the same name.

["Oda Nobuhide_xzy"] --->> leave this!
{"Oda Nobuhide"} --->> change this

The first line will tell the game to use that particular general. That line is ingame mechanics and should not be changed

The second will tell the game how to show that particular general. This line is editable Just type in the name you want and Oda Nobuhide will be shown as the name you type

You can change many things including clan names, unit descriptions, provinces descriptions, unit names etc. I changed most in my gempei war mod.

I've been looking for this and mentioned the events.txt thing, but noone followed it up (my skills and knowledge are next to nothing in programming).
