    Default Online MP3 Purchases

I just got a Creative Zen Xtra (I love it, even with it's bulkiness) and am interested in downloading some songs, mainly from artists that I just want one or two songs from. Who offers the best value? I have heard of iTunes, Napster, Rhapsody, and Yahoo. Any more? Thanks in advance.

I thought that was a sub-rule, under objectionable messages...

I wouldn't bother, just buy the albums and rip them. You get something tangible, and you don't have to pay that much more.

    seconded.

except for those occasions where you only want like 1-2 tracks of an album.. i hear good things about itunes service, but i've never used it. i did the 50-mp3 free trial with emusic (i think).. but their selection sucked.
now i'm here, and history is vindicated.

Ah, yes. Then it's good. I forgot about this scenario, as It's not really something you do with the music I normally listen to.

Pft, still think my way is better.

Never commit piracy people, just borrow the songs from your friend a few thousand miles away - what is the problem?!

I use iTunes for singles (bah, £4 for a single track on cd? Bite me), or buy albums off 101cd.com or amazon.co.uk, as they are both ridiculously cheap compared to rip-off shops like HMV, and give proper quality music, a tangible cd, and I can just rip it.

Anyone else find it funny when a security window pops up, saying something like "You must install this software to play this cd etc" whilst in the background iTunes merrily copies the cd without any problems?
