Well, you don't need anything more than a 56k in order to play lag-free 3v3s and even 4v4s.

I suggest you first take a look (and maybe read, it'll be worth it) the two excellent guides in this subforum (THIS and THAT I mean).

Apart from that, after Wednesday I'll have some free time and at times I enjoy showing the ropes to new guys;)
Even though I'm not speaking as a clan recruiter (dunno what's the use of recruiting in the current state of affairs), send me a PM and we can have some games. I don't play vanilla VI anymore, only VI mods, but I can take a break I guess heh
