I had a look at decr_skeleton.txt. Seems this defines where to find the animation for each action with every weapontype(non-siege).
I also noticed a tag strike_distances for all close combat weapons but the knife. Now i commented that line out for the MTW2_2H_Axe and in my short test the bardiche at least attacked. They missed alot, but managed to kill at least some horses well after the charges.
Does anyone know how the 5 fields of strike_distances relate to the animations, especially attack?
Added links as to how to unpack animations and make changes to descr_skeleton.
