    Default 'Glowing' units

In RTW, if you selected a unit, it would glow/light up a bit, so you could easily see which units were selected.
    They removed this in MTW2.

I removed the annoying green arrows, any because the excessive banners and poles sticking out of soldiers' backs looked a bit strange, I removed those too. Problem is, now there's no way to see which units are selected.

Does anyone know if it's possible to mod the 'glow' feature from Rome back in?

That's probably hard-coded, but you can't be sure... If it can be enabled, you'd find a setting in the preferences file.

Sooo...let me get this straight. You removed the two *clear* and *effective* means of distinguishing which unit you have selected because you didn't like how they looked, and now you want to mod in a feature which you hated from another game to replace them.

Does this not make sense to anyone else?

Ehm, where did I say that I hated it?
