    Default Cd key problems

Right most likely I entered my CD-key wrong, people say there aren't "O"'s in it, only "0"'s
    1. can someone confirm this?
    2. can I change it by simply editing in the register?

The CD key appears to be in the registry at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/SEGA/Medieval II Total War", might be elsewhere too, but that was the one I saw. Of course make backups before changing anything.

Oh, and I typed in 0's (as opposed to O's) and it worked fine.

They have never used "O" in a CD-key. It's always been "0", and case sensitive as well (capital letters).

In the previous games, the CD-Key was put in an encrypted file.
