Hello there. for greek hoplites, is it possible ot make a sword their only weapon, without changing the model? say just take spear out of the export_descr_unit.txt file? and maybe make the spear a throwing weapon?

No. The weapons are all tied to the model, so the only way to change a weapon is to edit the model.
