    Default A Campaign Map Query

Hi everyone (tell me if I'm in the wrong place ),

I was just wondering if someone could post an example of the requesite files for the campaign map in MII (the reason I need this is that I don't yet own the game but want to get started on the map for my mod while I'm waiting to pick it up.

If they are the same in terms of region definition and height map data as Rome then I don't need them. However if the dimensions (both the dimensions used in the game and the maximum possible dimensions would be useful) are different from Rome then could somebody post them?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ilsamir Lord

    Map files in this thread,
1)Max size is map_heights of 1021x1021 which is the same as RTW.
2)There is no water to land ratio issues with M2 as was the case with RTW.
    3) Heights data is more pronounced than in RTW, so more care is needed when building the heights map or the battle maps will be steep cliffs, and the strat map will look like steps.
    4) Battle maps auto-generate un-even ground, so even if the heights map is perfectly flat there will be no flat battle maps.
