Moddable speeches?

Im just wondering(as usual), with all of the new factions you'll be implementing, how will you get around their pre battle speeches? Actually this brings me to another point. Many of the new factions, if not all of them will be easily added if Im not mistaken. For instance, Aragon will be very similar to Spain, Rus will be very similar to Novgorod, Norway to Denmark etc. Does this mean that they will be identified during speeches as Spaniards, Russians, Vikings etc using the already existing speeches? Similarly, will it save you a lot of work not having to design new units for all?

I somehow don't think they will be able to mod speaches. They couldn't do it in R:TW and I doubit it has changed in M:TWII
