    Question General Aging

Does anyone know what file I go into to make my General's age slower? Do I have to download anything?

AFAIK this is implemented in the hardcode, meaning you can't touch it.

If you want to make sure your general doesnt die to early, you can quicksave right before you end turn and if your general dies, reload and do something like make a spy perform a mission and they end turn again. Most of the time the general wont die this second time
