Britannia - Total War

Not sure if this is the right place, but anyway:

This mod is planned to tweak and extend the Britannia campaign in M2TW: Kingdoms.

It will include new units, lots of reskinning, tweaks to stats and(maybe) the map extended to Norway and Normandy.

So far, I have added a new unit, Highland Gunners, To help Scotland match England on Gunmen, and I have renamed almost all of the regions on the map.

My next target is reskinning all the Welsh Units to lower their resemblance to Santa's Elves. The banners will probably remain the same, but the units will be reskinned to be less 'uniformed'. Most of their clothing will be of varying greys and browns and whites with a small bit of colour on them, like sashes or something. The higher quality soldiers (general's bodyguard etc.) will still be colourful, as their masters nor themselves could afford such livery, but dark red and green is going.

I would like ideas for new regions and names of those regions.

Note: I am aware that there is already a mod called Britannia Mod, but this is for the Kingdoms Expansion, not the original game, so I hope this can work.

I like what you're doing so far. I think you should break up the amount of yellow you are using though, to add more variation, it looks a bit weird on the peasants with all the little yellow blobs for heads. You could put a few more colours into the shields as well, I think that's the most distracting thing. Most of the muted colours in the uniforms looks quite good:D

I'm trying to reasonably realistic, as there was limited avaibility in colours of pigments for shields.
