Question for all
Anyone have any ideas why up until today i could play MTW2 online anything upto 4v4 quite easily... albeit not with full eye candy, but now when ever i try and join a 2v2 or above i cant connect... yet i could yesterday and i can play 1v1's with full eye candy np.
any ideas?

what type of message are you getting when you try to join a game?

i just get a message saying *no response from *player* * everyone else gets one saying no reponse from me

Do you have a firewall or Hamachi installed? Both those things can screw with Gamespy.
If you have Hamachi, or anything similar, uninstall it. I had the same problem, and just deactivating Hamachi doesn't work, you gotta uninstall it I'm afraid.

however i said 2 warman in another post
i had 2 do 2 system restores due 2 a windows security update
2 b able 2 host a game or play in 1
i tried other games and same coodnt host so i knew summin was up and i rememebered the update
recheck ur router and ports
besides that .........
did u get ur new bits for ur pc that went BANG....................
