Core Buildings new influences:
1. they will increase trade, significantly in capitals and hub centers.
2. they will have an impact on law and happiness
a. some factions will bee seen either as neutral, of there own or oppressors, thus effecting law and happiness in a positive, neutral or negative way.
As a primary example, many factions invading the Roman provinces will have to deal with the negative impacts of this.

1. only in Carthage and is a fourth level tier port

I'm currently downloading Ivasio Barbarorum v7.
In the thread, it says to then download and install the update (which I think is 7.03).

Do I need to do that, and then this?
Do I just do 7.0, then this?

Or is this for something else entirely? (as I notce it as VI, or 6, in the name..)
