Thanks guys! It's not really hard, matter of fact it was never really hard not to smoke conciously, out of habit it was hard, because I'd just be lighting up a cigarette without even knowing I'm doing it. Sleep is still out, 10 hours one night, 5 hours the next. I'm sure it will return to normal, in time. Now it's probably more that I want to do more with my day, and the days I'm not satisfied with my results I sleep less.

One thing I've noted which may be of help to others, keep yourself VERY busy, at the end of the day you'll feel great about yourself and you won't want to smash your day in by smoking a cigarette. You have to have some goals.

Luckily I have a ton of goals so I always have something to work on. I'm also working on my social life, and I have to say, my whole week is full now. I have a 2-3 dates per week, meeting with friends, going to the movies, etc... It really helps since you put yourself through the life you envison for yourself. It doesn't have to be a thought alone, it can be real. I have a lot of things to do here before I die, and I guess this has been a good motivator. I don't want to look back and regret anything.

It doesn't matter if you stop smoking because you'll be dead by 40.
