Outstanding. I only had a brief look on the making-off, but it shows the insane amount of work and dedication, which make this project more than just a video game.

And we did it well, don't you think my friend.
Now we all expect to admire your excellent work in the next preview not to mention the release of the mod...
I believe fans should pray for your health and desire to work Gustave
Yes, I believe that you are the "Indian Chief" my friend.
Fans will not sleep for days when EBII will be in public. And then you will also be "Chief of.........."
NIKOMAHOS
Love the responsibility. Say: Me, me on my own I have the duty to save Earth. In case she is not safe I will be responsible. Nikos Kazantzakis-Salvatores Dei.
Well this is a pleasant surprise. :)
It's great to get a faction that plays a bit differently from the others, and doesn't have the same military as their neighbours, and opens up a new area of the strategic map. Along with the Bosporian Kingdom, this is one of the factions that's got me really enthusiastic.
As for that bloody symbol. I figured the Occultus symbol for a humped bull, but I thought ancient bulls were straight backed and humps were bred in later so it couldn't be. I guess India is different. Damn, so close...
Fight like a meatgrinder
Really amazing guys. Congrats to the team, awesome work. And it seems from what I see in the video that you fixed the issue with the shields held horizontically in the roman preview. The infantry charge loks amazing!
An also the phalanx that gets massacred looks really nice. You used the non- uniformity feature of the game like noone else has so far!!
Congrats!!!
I liked to see how the persian empire was significant, the indian army organization is also very impressive...
The Gadāhasta Yoddhṛ look amazing ^^
I had my mind set about which faction to pick first, but now :D
Really outstanding, marvelous brilliant work - yet another essential 'must try' faction on release!
Congratulations to the EBII team - really incredibly good work !
'...usque adeo res humanas vis abdita quaedam:opterit et pulchros fascis saevasque secures:proculcare ac ludibrio sibi habere videtur.' De rerum natura V, 1233ff.
It's not fair. When this masterpiece is released in the coming months and you guys will be playing it 24/7, I will be doing my military service (yeah it's compulsory in my country...). And while you will be fighting with phalanxes and naked dudes with falxes and elephants with face paint, I will be given a stupid rifle. I want a sarissa damn it!
Needless to say that the work invested in this mod puts to shame many professional game producers.

the only good news about this new factions is that now the indian lands will be even easyer to conquer with the great hellenistic baktrian elam and it will be easyer to put those hedonistic barbaric cowards in their place oh the joy of hearing grown men screaming like litle kids run the yavana´s are coming mwuahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
now i´m going to read the preview
Hmmm ...
Epic video I think my favorite part is how serious the Indian general looks.
Definitely gonna be the first faction I play.
I'll comment with the usual:
+ a couple of extra ones:
I sure didn't see this one coming!

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Yes a great surprise and these previews are looking more and more epic. As I watched the video to this one I realised that I will have to upgrade, um, overhaul my PC to give EBII the love it deserves.
Now that I've also readed every single bit of bit I must say that I'm completely amased by all the quantity and quality of the information here (and I gess that its only a bit of the iceberg that will be in the actual game!
The bards shall sing tales of EB's Team awesomeness for ages to come! And everyone will think they'll be exagerating

Just finished watchin the trailer, and I get the impression of Taksashila being the getai of the east, lightly armoured but packs a hell of a punch with lots of AP-units. I will love playing EB II!
Likstrandens ormar som spyr blod och etter, Ni som blint trampar Draugs harg
På knä I Eljudne mottag död mans dom, Mot död och helsvite, ert öde och pinoplats
so after reading most of it i have nothing else to say than: brilliant!
Gott mit dir, dem Bayernvolke,
Daß wir unsrer Väter wert,
fest in Eintracht und in Friede
bauen unseres Glückes Herd;
Daß der Freund da Hilfe finde,
Wehrhaft uns der Gegner schau,
Wo die Rauten-Banner wehen,
Unsre Farben – Weiß und Blau!

Amazing guys!! Almost worth the painful wait! ;-)
In awe as always. I can't wait for future previews to be released. Oh yeah, and the mod itself of course.
To the amazing work and dedication of the EB team I raise my glass.
From Frontline for fixing siege towers of death
x30 From mikepettytw for showing how to edit in game text.
From Brennus for wit.

Finally watched the video, and WOW MaxMazi, congratz it's a work of art!
Only misses dialogues and we got ourselves a movie!
Down side to all of this is that soon as EBII is released, I won't be able to play it as I'll die of overjoy XD
Wow! Absolutely unbelievable! I never saw this coming. Well played EB team. :D
Thanks for this wonderful preview. It really is unrivalled in its level of quality and professionalism. Everything looks absolutely fantastic.
Sure i don't mind, and thank you for praises and also for constructive criticism.
It depends, there are many who prefer more shots with "walking", i call it unit intro, and some, more fighting.
What i can promise, is that in future movies i will try to do the same amount of time for the "walking" and for the fighting parts.
