Just been cheated! :(

Anyone else seen these cheats? i was playing 2 guys in 2v2 on grassy flat land and they started half of both their armies behind my ally, now if they were spain and had gorilla units i wouldent mind but it was holland or sweden the 2nd player had and they had like 16 units behind us! a quick youtube for ntw cheats revealed that their a money cheat as well if you host a game?! have ca addressed the money cheat at least?

I dont worry so much about this deployment cheat as its glaring obvious, but how do you spot a money cheat without logfiles and having to count each army you play against?

I checked all the dlc stuff and spain are the only faction that can start behind the opponent in deployment.
