What a great idea to commemorate with a t-shirt; the wanton beating of citizens!

Excuse me if I don't think the police should make t-shirts joking about police brutality. But I guess I expect too much of the government to actually be covert about their transgressions.

It does seem to be a pretty irresponsible thing to do for a police force, they've got to realise these things will upset some people.

I don't think they should make t-shirts saying Obama is a terrorist either, but you don't get to choose and pick your free speech. :(

Reminds of a friend's t-shirt a few days ago, it said "why I don't wear shorts" at the top and had a pick of a man wearing shorts with a huge man's part sticking out of the side
It was only 50p as well...

I think that t-shirt is outrageous. What a disgrace, shame on the police union.

Oh, I'm sorry, is the military producing those shirts?

No? Then you're full of it, as usual.

Have you got any proof to your allegation I 'liked' the club gitmo shirts?

I also think a police force publishing that t-shirt, well, to make it short if I were to decide I'd question and possibly fire everyone involved as this is absolutely going against what I understand by a police force. To serve and protect that is, not to go and beat people up because you may disagree with them and then make "funny" t-shirts about it because you know you are safe anyway.

Crowds need to be beat, don't they? What's all this hulabaloo? They should be in their homes or at work, doing their jobs! The government should take away freedom of assembly too. All you crazy liberals....

What's more hilarious are the controversy and the detractors.

Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.

As someone who's always in for sharing blunt humour in private, I don't think that it's a good idea to wear a shirt that glorifies criminal behaviour in your own profession
