The poorest man may in his cottage bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail; its roof may shake; the wind may blow through it; the storm may enter; the rain may enter; but the King of England cannot enter – all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement! - William Pitt the Elder
Does this mean I can wear my 'Domestic Violence - The things that batter' T-Shirt?

Its a t-shirt calm down.
There, but for the grace of God, goes John Bradford
My aim, then, was to whip the rebels, to humble their pride, to follow them to their inmost recesses, and make them fear and dread us. Fear is the beginning of wisdom.
I am tired and sick of war. Its glory is all moonshine. It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, for vengeance, for desolation.
Excuse me if I don't think the police should make t-shirts joking about police brutality. But I guess I expect too much of the government to actually be covert about their transgressions.

It does seem to be a pretty irresponsible thing to do for a police force, they've got to realise these things will upset some people.
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.
But you didn't give a flying ****about the worlds policemen making a mockery over accusations of kidnap and torture with a T-shirt did you...it was funny then ehExcuse me if I don't think the police should make t-shirts joking about police brutality.

Reminds of a friend's t-shirt a few days ago, it said "why I don't wear shorts" at the top and had a pick of a man wearing shorts with a huge man's part sticking out of the side
It was only 50p as well...
Are these for sale anywhere?
I think that t-shirt is outrageous. What a disgrace, shame on the police union.

I also think a police force publishing that t-shirt, well, to make it short if I were to decide I'd question and possibly fire everyone involved as this is absolutely going against what I understand by a police force. To serve and protect that is, not to go and beat people up because you may disagree with them and then make "funny" t-shirts about it because you know you are safe anyway.

Crowds need to be beat, don't they? What's all this hulabaloo? They should be in their homes or at work, doing their jobs! The government should take away freedom of assembly too. All you crazy liberals....
Reinvent the British and you get a global finance center, edible food and better service. Reinvent the French and you may just get more Germans.
