Question(s)Regarding Pike & Musket

Hello everyone new member here, I've been following P&M for years now and have finally decided to try it. Love the good work on this mod; very impressive! I ran into one problem though and couldn't find a thread suitable for this particular topic. I know N:TW had this problem too, but where are the dead bodies in-game? Loaded everything as stated. Its not a major problem to many but I find it very confusing to play with. Is there a certain patch I missed?
