In the background is the “active” Battle List so you can watch for games as they become available.

In the foreground a friends list (right) showing who is online, a private chat box (left), and a public chat box (below).

You are one key press and a click away from joining a game.

You can monitor your friends, and any and all groups you belong to, and in one click call anyone online to private or group chat.


Our Empire Multiplayer Stream Group Chat is always available for any member to hang out in, and invite people to visit with you (they do not have to be members).

It’s major function is to provide a lobby for Empire Multiplayers.

It never closes, and can not be made private by anyone; it is “your” lobby any time you want to use it.

I cannot figure out how to access the Empire Multiplayer Group chat......i assume this is a lobby for all online ETW players........Any Help?

Join the group (204 members as of this morning), then in the upper right hand corner is a button that says "Enter chat room". As long as there is one person connected, the messages stay up, even if that person is in a game, and not presently viewing the chat. So know if someone is logged in to chat, and don't answer you immediately, they may just be in a game. So check their status first.
