Default Some Questions on Altering the Timescale

Hey everyone. I've been changing the timescale on the Medieval 2 grand campaign to 0.5 for some time now and I like it that way.
However today I tried to do it with the Kingdoms Britannia campaign and expected events to occur much later than they normally would as they do in the grand campaign. But no, by turn twelve king Haakon arrived and then a couple of turns later so did William Wallace. So howcome events like gunpower in the grand campaign are significantly delayed as you'd expect while in Kingdoms they happen after the same number of turns?

Theres seperate file for events. They tricker per turn and I'm not sure if its possible to change them per year. But if you dont mind typing a bit you could double every value there.

Another thing is that theres a game end turn. You need to find and edit that one too so the game doesnt end half way.

I dont have the expancion but here is where the file is in vanilla:
    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_events.txt
Mayby someone can post the location for it in the expancion?
