No we can't, at least all of it. No facial expressions like that, would you like to see that face while a soldier would be in idle with his teeth like that?

All faces belongs to public persons (actors mostly). I've got some mature faces for officers also.

I really like this one. Please notice great model of his hair.

Also below is a suggestion about hair and moustache. For info: the shot is from historical movie related to 8/9th century CE, nonetheless this could give some sort of aid.
