The EB Face Database: Faces Required For EBII!

Thank you guys! I didn't show you more pictures, because most of the time I only use some small parts of the faces, but some of them were used for the celtic units that I did.

The easiest and probably also the most accurate way is just to use rugby website player profile pics, it covers a wide ethnic spectrum and as hardened team players of a tough contact sport are a far closer fit to the outdoorsy warrior/barbarian type than the average person or re-enactor.

Chabal is of course a great fit, but there are many others covering the spectrum from Nordic to Celtic to Latin to North African (Abdelatif Benazzi) to black African (many to choose)

I'm not sure that would really be nessecary, lots of people use pictures such as those for their own uses without any problems and besides by the time a face is in the mod it is usually unrecognisable.

My mother is from(if we go by Romans) Cappadocia region and father is from Pontus region. (my grandmother is a Laz, which also connects me to Caucasia)

Thank you guys added a few of those, I must remind you that there is a lower limit to the size of face is 240*300 pixels some of those posted were far too small and so couldn't be used, also no major political figures or black and white photos please.

You need to put the country of origin (where possible) of the people, many of your near east/egypt photos were from nowhere near those regions (a few were clearly indian, one was a gurkha and another was mexican). This is done to better reflect the reality in the regions and prevent errors such as indian faces in egypt from occuring.


Edit: i have also redone the map in the first post and slightly changed some of the regions to match modern countries borders, this was done so it was easier to sort the faces out (for example previously Libya was split right down the middle.)

Ah kk, I didn't really know where any of them where from. I just googled searched and hoped you guys would be able to sift out which were reliable and which were useless. I will try again later and hopefully its a better result than the first attempt.

I guess yes, as we delete the background but it doesn't take an mentionable amount of time to do that, a couple of second maybe...
