A meh from me. Watched the first couple episodes. The main actor isn't that interesting.

And then I saw a preview for the next episode, where the bodyguard is on a motorcycle with the person he's protecting, both sans helmets.

And there's a car ahead of them, and the bodyguard decides to ride straight into it. And we see both him and the person he's protecting fly over the car to land on pavement.

THIS COULD KILL HIM, OR HIS 'PROTECTEE' EASILY.

And they showed him talking to the woman saying 'Do you have a better idea?" before they crashed. If you have enough time to utter one sentence, you have enough time to either slow down or steer out of the way. Even if the car swerves right in front of you 10 feet away and you don't have time to think any coherent thoughts you can still swerve out of the way. I know from personal experience.

Now, I can take a high degree of absurdity in television in the name of entertainment (I watch Chuck), but a bodyguard taking the worst option and unnecessarily risking his protectee's life I can't stomach.

Hmm, perplexing thing you say, because a question inevitably surfaces: but why then, not simply watch porn?

Meh, watch the series "Burn Notice" or "Psyche". Both are very very well written. Burn Notice is a spy show, sorta like James Bond but they made it as to seem....realistic. Its crazy I know, but you gotta watch it.

I'll second the Burn Notice recommendation. Interesting plots, decent acting, Bruce Campbell.
