Some of you haven't looked that deeply into the Mercenary rules apparently. I am extending this Chapter for another 24 hours so I can get everyone's orders in on time with their RPS throws. If you do not, your action will be ignored.

Please also put the "Chapter #" after any orders PM's so I can organize them better. I'm getting close to a 120 PMs just this phase, specifically for this game.

My take of this previously was that this chapter was merely for PMC's and the background info ETC.

The "Please send in all contracts you make with another person to me" is the orders part. I believe that must have been the confusing part - I'll be clearer from now on, if you all follow the rules

I'm glad someone takes my words to heart, and that I hope you attempt to reverse your decision in Beefdom Shall Rise Once More also; as I stated in that game, we don't want to lose the good players. The Gameroom can be an utter PITA most of the time, it's difficult to get used to what they deem as scummy compared to other places you may play at; don't take it too personal, chin up and all that. :3

What I mean is that while the core principles remain the same no matter where you play, attitudes are different; at the last place I played, lurkers were loathed to the point where if you didn't post at least once in a round, you were WOG'd, no questions. Activity was key, posting theories was welcomed (if you're not a certain person here, you're usually lynched for doing so) and so-on.

Whereas here, I've seen people lurk to victory, post nice analytical posts but be lynched for it anyway... t'is a funny world, mafia. S'what I'm saying.... ya barbarian! :P

I'd have to agree with that sentiment, and I've tried to instill it before by setting up rule systems which automatically hurt lurkers, regardless of what the players do.

URGENT REPORT

I have just been randomly hit by a trojan that tried really hard to hijack my system. Not sure if it was entirely successful before I could pull a system restore, running a sweep right now - if nothing turns up, I'm going to have to do a full reinstall.

That said, I will most likely not be able to do this phases write up on time. I am deeply shocked and sorry.
