The remnants of the Cornerian Army returned home, only to find their homeworld under attack by the Androssian menace: Granga.

Granga: I'm looking forward to this. The Cornerian Army will be destroyed, and Lord Andross will control the galaxy!

Psychonaut: I don't think so. You're going down punk!

General Pepper: Attention Troops, Pepper speaking. Congratulations, on a job well done!

Psychonaut: But sir, the job is not quite done yet! We need to defeat the mech.

General Pepper: Correct, the job isn't quite done yet, but the ending was a foregone conclusion a long time ago.

General Pepper: The Star Wolf team has defeated Andross! It's time to end this war.

Granga: I'm.... no match for you..... I admit defeat.

General Pepper: I'll accept your unconditional surrender. Lower your shields and prepare to be apprehended.

Granga: I'd never surrender to YOU!!! PREPARE TO DIE!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!! SELF-DESTRUCT, ACTIVATE!!!

wideyedwanderer: GAHAHHHH!!!!!!

wideyedwanderer: Whh...whh... What happened??

General Pepper: I had my weapons trained on his power generator. I wasn't about to let you be destroyed like that. You men are heroes.... you've saved Corneria.... and ALL of the LYLAT SYSTEM!!!

Psychonaut: That's our leader!

wideyedwanderer: YES!!! I knew we could do it!

General Pepper: Let's rebuild our cities and our society. Now begins a new era of peace for all life in the Galaxy. Let us never forget the sacrifices made by our fallen heroes.... yes, even our Venomian counterparts. Star Fox, Star Wolf, and all the others, fought bravely to bring us this peace, and their names and deeds will echo throughout history.... until the last star in the sky goes dim.
