bow calv speed?

can anyone upgrade thier bow calv 2 speed or only 1?...seems l can only get 1 speed upgrade...is it me or they bugged?

@jepp21...There 2 points for basic speed upgrade. I can't get the 2nd one

Basic Skill Upgrades
The unit skill upgrades panel features skills that can be learned at any level. These skills can be learned in any order and most have several levels, each more powerful than the last.

There should be no restriction...we have a bug then.

Hopefully fixed with other problems next Tuesday.

Everyone will recieve a game upgrade then, regardless if they buy the expansion or not.
