Coop Campaign, Max tax rate for one player.

I guess some people found this out already and some others might find this lame but in a Coop campaign, the player whose turn comes last, can have max tax rate at all times without fear of rebellions. All you do is put the tax at highest at the end of a turn, end the turn and then when the other player is taking his turn, reduce tax to a normal level again... Rinse, repeat.

I wish I'd known this playing my co-op game against Zim!

Omg, I just realised you can actually do head to head campaigns =S
I've only ever played Coop campaigns and used it to solve our near constant financial problems =P

If this is used a lot in head to head campaigns, that would suck =/ Someone delete this topic or better yet, file a bug report =P
