Hashtag game notifications

Our resident content manager @Myth is responsible for a new forum feature which will enable us to notify each other of turns in games without sending PMs. Just put an @ symbol in front of the username in the post where you attach the save and that user will get an automatic notification with a link to the post.

As well as saving the hassle of remembering to send a pm, it will also be clear to the game admin and other players that the player whose turn it is has been notified. So no more delays due to missed PMs!

This is a great innovation and I encourage everyone to use it. Well done @Myth!
