Thread: Crashing the Crusades

    Default Crashing the Crusades

Tried installing M2TW Crusades and I got this message:

The Program can't start because mss32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

I reinstalled it but same problem. Is this a known bug and if it is what can I do about it? If not, any ideas?

Which version of M2TW and Kingdoms are you using? I usually do this:

    1. Install M2TW
    2. Update M2TW with all the official patches
    3. Install Kingdoms
    4. Update Kingdoms to 1.5
    5. Install mods

Thanks, I've used up most of my internet so probably won't be able to do that this month. I just bought it from Amazon (gold edition) not sure what version. How big are the patches? Maybe if they're small I can get it done this month.

Well several hundred MB. But Kingdoms patches your M2TW install, so you can skip them. Just get the Kingdoms patch.
