    Default Writing on the lantern is a joke

    Many people might have known this but here I go anyway.

    There are 6 words written on the latern of the castles.
    They should be 南無阿彌陀佛, but apparantly CA made a big joke here intentionally (or not).

    南無 = Return to
    阿彌陀佛 = Buddha

    According to wiki, this chant reads "Namo Amitābhāya" in Roman characters. This is a very popular chant in Buddhism, in parcicular the pure land branch. The Ikko (Ikki = rioters) clan belongs to this branch. I have heard Buddhist in general chant it. It is basically the "In the name of Fahter, Son and the Holy ghost" equivalent.

    Now it is 南無阿米豆腐. The pronunciation is similar but it is totall different

    阿米豆腐 = Ah rice tofu

    Return to rice and tofu!

    The same chant is also found on the stone beside the shrine in the castle square. But there it appears loyal to the original version.

    No one understands it anyways =p

    I made my FotS people to speak Japanese instead of English lol.. I do not understand a word they are saying but at least it does not sound stupid =p

    Now what if that Latern had English writing on it?

    That's actually very funny if intentionally and hilarious if not.

    I am more curious as to the identity of this 'Heather McDildo' lady that gets mentioned every time I click on a ship.

    Plus its nice to be told 'you're amazing' every time you click on your yari ashigaru.

    Seriously - is there a translation anywhere of the various phrases?
