Cool Short trip to Bosnia-Herzegovina & Croatia

    Well, precisely Sarajevo and Dubrovnik.

We'll be in those parts between July 11-19 with a group of friends. Recommendations etc. about sightseeing, eating or any other subjects are welcome. (We'll be on a tight budget though...)

Also, if any ORGAH's are around I'd like to seek the opportunity to say hi.

There is a part of Sarajevo that is called "Baščaršija", and there you will get the authentic feel of the city during the times of the Ottoman Turks. Make sure you go there and ask for a specialty called "cevapi". Also ask for homemade "pita", you are in for a treat. There are also a couple of mosques, cathedrals and synagogues worth checking out, but overall, the aforementioned is the place to be.

As for Dubrovnik, well, just climb the walls and elbow your way through other 30.000 tourists that are passing there, circumvent the old city, walk the Stradun (can't miss it) and peak anywhere you feel like. Dubrovnik has everything in one spot, can't miss anything, even if you tried. Have fun!
