    Default Medieval 2: Total War and Kingdoms Will Not Start.

    When I try to start Medieval 2 or Kingdoms, both of which I bought off of Steam on the Total War Weekend, I bought the Gold Edition, the Launcher comes up and then an error message pops up within a moment or two. The error log reads as follows.

    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    I don't know what any of that means really. I both verified local content and deleted local files and reinstalled after which I verified local content again and I still get the same message. Was wondering if anyone else was getting this and/or if anyone else knew how to fix it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Never mind, fixed it. Turns out my laptop had decided to use the integrated graphics instead of automatically switching to the high end graphics card. Sigh.
