A few of us over in the EBII team keep finding that our messages are submitted as double posts (anyone else having this problem?). It's not the most urgent issue but if someone could look into it it would be very much appreciated.

Yes, we've noticed it on our end too and the Tech Admins are working on it.

Oh, PHP updates ...
The TA's have been working on this since yesterday; it seems to be a complicated problem.

I guess all info helps?
Another oddity is that when I edit posts, the page locks. The edit goes through, though.
All of this is a result of the fact that vBulletin is not compatible with PHP 5.4. We believe that our host upgraded PHP without our knowledge a few days ago, resulting in these problems. The reason it is only being seen by Staff and people with Moderator powers is that flood control prevents the double posts, but those people are exempt from flood control. We cannot find a solution to the problem other than rolling back PHP, which means we are at the mercy of our host. I assure you we'll do all we can to get this fixed ASAP.

Working now :)
Our hosts have rolled back our version of PHP. Hopefully that should resolve matters.
