Unhappy PROBLEM WITH EDITING STARTING ARMIES.

    hi all there.

I tried to modify the starting armies at descr_strat file. My aim is to give to my enemies more troops from the beginning, so as they can be a bit more a challenge.

This i did (as an experiment) simply by copying-and-paste the already existing armies in some towns => so that there couldn't be any misunderstanding about the availability compared with period, size of settlement etc.

    BUT no changes.

To be sure, i also deleted the map.rwm file.

    NO CHANGES any way.

so, please, does anyone knows what can i do?
    please please please help!!!!

That is weird - the only file that governs this sort of stuff is indeed the descr_strat and once you delete the map.rwm (be positively sure you did so) it should happen as long as you start a new campaign because the file is read only once at the beginning of new campaign and any changes have no influence on ongoing campaigns.

So the only advice I can give right now is try again.
