    Default Forcing Diplomacy help !

    i downloaded a forcing Diplomacy datas in Zip, but when i coped it it did not work ?!
    just didnt anything changed!! what should i do ?!! where is wrong ?!
    and if it is with console please write its exact text !!
    please help me! im on very Hard Campaign and Diplomacy is almost not accessable !!
