Is that the kind of bullshit that passes for critical thought in Scandinavia? You know, I used to wonder how Horetore amassed so many high collegiate honors while still maintaing the intellectual capacity of a feral pig. I think I've figured it out, the bar really is just that low.

We were talking about weasel words in the other thread. The ultimate weasel word is "education". Now I personally find a well rounded university education to have benefits that transcend wage labor and the capitalist system. However, that does not make people more "equal". I would say free education only helps in so far as Swedes don't have to take out crippling student loans.

All of that (plus healthcare) can all be trace backed to the welfare state, a fine invention no doubt. Now I could go into to why the welfare countries of Northern Europe have fared particularly well. We could talk about a relatively low, homogeneous population but I feel as though that would eventually end up with you frothing at the mouth about Muslims and their inferior culture. of course, all the while you've been plowing your umpteenth adulterer and pursuing your completely libertine exsistance unaware of your own glaring hypocrisies.

Education is not the equalizer. Jobs are the equalizer. A man without a job, is a man without a purpose. A man without a purpose falls prey to tyrants and fascists. Now maybe we in the death throes of wage labor in the capitalist system. Maybe there truly aren't enough jobs anymore. I don't quite know how to fix that as government subsidies only work so far as there is a tax base to draw it from. Someone smarter than me can answer that
